Cancellation Policy
Best Available Rate
- Low Season
If a cancellation is made less than 7 days in low season prior to arrival, you will be charged 25% of the total booking - High Season (1 July – 30 September )
If a cancellation is made less than 30 days in high season prior to arrival, you will be charged 25% of the total booking - Peak Season (23 Dec – 6 January )
If a cancellation is made less than 45 days in peak season prior to arrival, will be charged 25% of the total villa rate - No Show
If a cancellation is made on the day of check-in / during your stay / no show, it will be charged at 100% of the total booking amount.
Deposit
- All LAST MINUTE bookings (within 29 days of check in) are charged 100% at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
- All other bookings require a 25% deposit at the time of booking confirmation. The balance can be paid upon arrival.
Cancellation Charges
- Any resulting bank transfer fees will be deducted from the amount to be transferred and it will be calculated on the Bank Daily Rate at the time.
Please Note:
All accommodation costs (dates booked) are non refundable if you decide to leave prior to your booked departure date.
