This agreement (“Terms & Conditions”) outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of the Villa Coco website (https://www.villacoco.com/) and the booking process for our villas in Seminyak, Bali.
- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the website or booking system.
- Booking & Payment
- Rates & Availability: Prices listed are per villa per night and are subject to change without notice. Availability information displayed online is not guaranteed.
- Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. Please review your confirmation thoroughly and contact Villa Coco if there are any discrepancies.
- Payment: Villa Coco accepts secure online payments or other methods as specified. Our nightly rate is very competitive…so please email us at sales@villacoco.com for a price on the villa you wish to stay in. We would love to have you stay with us… Visa and Mastercard Accepted.
- Cancellation Policy
- Low Season If a cancellation is made less than 7 days in low season prior to arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total booking
- High Season ( 1 July – 30 September) If a cancellation is made less than 30 days in high season prior to arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total booking
- Peak Season ( 23 Dec – 6 January) If a cancellation is made less than 45 days in peak season prior to arrival, will be charged 50% of the total villa rate
- No Show If a cancellation is made on the day of check-in / during your stay / no show, it will be charged at 100% of the total booking amount.
- Changes to Your Booking
You may request changes to your booking dates or villa selection. These will be processed subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Minimum Stay Requirements
Minimum stay requirements may apply during peak seasons or for certain villas. These will be specified during the booking process.
- Disclaimer
Villa Coco strives to ensure the accuracy of information on the website. However, the company is not liable for any errors or omissions.
- Limitation of Liability
Villa Coco shall not be held liable for any damages arising from your use of the website or your stay at the villa, including but not limited to personal injury, property loss, or incidental damages.
