COVID 19 PRECAUTIONS AND PROCEDURES
WHAT WE DO
WE HAVE TAKEN EXTRA PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES AND SET UP NEW PROCEDURES IN OUR DAILY ROUTINE BASED ON GUIDELINES FROM OUR LOCAL HEALTH AUTHORITIES:
All guests and staff are check upon entering the hotel. Anyone with a temperature over 37.5 degrees Celsius will be referred to our local medical support provider.
All staff and guests are required wear to masks in public as required by local regulations.
We make sure to keep a safe distance between guests and the team. Signs and visual cues are installed to remind our guests to practice social distancing.
Are all trained in hygiene protocols that prevent the spread of infectious diseases, and make you feel safe. Staff are always equipped with suitable Personal Protective Equipment. Every colleague is required to stay home if feeling unwell.
We clean and disinfect surfaces frequently throughout the day with special attention to high-touch areas. We are using high-level hygiene products, where appropriate.
We have set up stations in public areas with alcohol-based hand sanitizers for guests and staff alike. There is hand sanitiser placed in each room for guests to use as well. We continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and follow the recommendations of our local health authorities.

We know everything is in flux and maybe a bit confusing. So, when arriving at our hotel, we have made sure to inform you of the safety procedures, and guidelines to follow these and keep safe.
You can check-in (and out) with us via email. We just need a copy of your passports. These can be sent via email or WhatsApp
Are disinfected before handing over to guests
We offer cash-free methods of payments at reception. Your room bill can also be paid online. Just ask reception and we will send you a payment link.
LOOK FOR ANY SIGNS
If you show any signs of COVID-19 infection, please do not enter the hotel. We will help direct to a doctor to get tested
EXTRA CLEAN VILLA
We use disinfectant and detergents and make sure to pay extra attention to high-touch items.
A villa provide a great safe environment for our guests to relax and isolate as much as they feel the need to. We have installed additional cooking facilities so you can limit your social interactions if needed.
THE POOL BAR & FACILITIES
OUR POOL BAR AND RESTAURANT IS OPEN, AND YOU CAN SAFELY ENJOY OUR SOCIAL FACILITIES.
We still serve you great drinks, snacks and meals- with greatest care and distance between seatings
Our delicious breakfast is just as you know it. We’ve just made a few adjustments to keep you safe and ensure the high level of hygiene. Breakfast will now be provided in a to-go ‘breakfast box’ individually packed for you.
Our restaurant and pool side has distance between seatings, tables and sun lounges.
A limited Room service menu is available. Delivered by our staff wearing suitable PPE.
Staff and guests will be given suitable PPE to wear during classes. Class numbers will be limited to meet restrictions on social distancing. Through cleaning of all surfaces will be carried out before and after each class.
